I know you're not supposed to jump on and off scales but I've completed 2 days and had a little look this morning and am down 2.2lbs already!! My jeans felt loser to do up this morning also! It's great to be in control and not binging! I am a bit hungry at the moment by the evening but i'm hoping this will stop in a day or 2?

Hiya, that's a great start, I'm a terror for jumping on the scales everyday too!

You should find the hunger lessens as you get into a bit more, it's not massive portions but the GI food does help keep you fuller for longer and I think your stomach gets used to having a bit less.
