Luckily I haven't had too much of that other than some people thinking I wouldn't stick with it. The worst grief was from an assistant in Boots when I was trying to buy ketostix, OMG did she go on 
Agree with previous advice - say it's between you and your GP. Nobody will ask for details and they should back off.
let's face it you have probably got a mixture of genuine concern from people who don't understand the diet and some people who are a bit worried that you will change and they can't cope or maybe are jealous - you have to sort out which !
