so confused and upset about weight

    Hello

    i have been doing SW online the last 3 weeks and on my 4th weigh in on thursday. The first week lost 2.5pounds, 2nd nothing and 3rd 1 pound but today had sneeky peek and put on 3 pounds.... even though keep straight to the plan, writing everything down only having 10 syns and no more. Im not due on and have been drinking my water.... its so unfair as only ever get to 9.3 and then back up again... ive never got further than this with ww or sw. I am a stone if not more over weight so not like its meant to be my weight. I cant exercise due to a poorly leg. What on earth am i doing wrong. Sorry for rant just so upset when back to square one after 3 weeks!!! Sorry to be so in depth but could it be constipation as havent been numebr twoooooos all weekend hee hee sorry!!! Hope thats it anyways xx:cry:

    hi utternutta have you been doing an online diary? if u have we could look at it to see if u've done anything wrong if u havent start one, if ur doing ee try a week of red to see if this helps :) good luck

    Honestly I dont know how any times we tell people that sneaky peaks are totally meaningless and bear no relation to what they will say on your proper WI day! And that is my rant!

    Your weight goes up and down from day to day by up to 7lbs so sneaky peaking mid week is pointless and only messes with your head as you are finding

    One weigh in a week on the same set of scales at the same time and with the same clothes

    And yes constipation can screw up the numbers as well so get drinking lots of water or try scan bran to get things going again

    i have to echo what circes says about the weighing, i used to weigh several times a day and it always made me go off plan for one reason or another i now only weigh ones a week if i can do it anyone can from an ex- sneaky peaker :)
