Well it was my week 4 weigh in today and I lost 8lb...........
I was so hungry over the weekend that I had to step up to SS+ on Friday and Sunday evenings.
I cooked some quorn and added a small amount of frozen cabbage and mixed in some brocolli and cheese soup from the CD packet.
Because I did this I was convinced I wouldn't loose this week.
I've now lost 25lb in 4 weeks, I'm so chuffed.
It's my birthday on Friday too.
