started SW on the 15th feb first WI lost 3.5lb
went tonight and only lost 1lb and i have stuck to it
but ive not been using syns would this have anything to do with just losing 1lb.
im close to giving up
can anyone give me advice please on how to lose more weight

I think weight loss can be a bit erratic so don't get down hearted. I don't know if not using your Syns is the reason, perhaps you could ask at your next weigh in?
As craftermary said, they say 2lb a week is recommended so overall you're on track. I'm sure it will even out over the coming weeks so don't give up
