Ahhh nooooo that is the worst thing ever when trying to be good or tfr like you are doing. I am not doing the same diet as you, but wow your 1st weeks loss was amazing, don't give in the the wonderful smells, just think how GREAT slim feels! x
Just keep yourself uber busy!!!! Any distraction at all, just nothing near food!! It can be soooooo tempting but stay strong. Do not undo all your great effort to date. Drink lots of water and it will help fill you up!!
