Well I have just returned from my NON WI 
I haven't had a WI for a couple weeks due to things being a bit crazy and being unable to attend meetings, and also giving myself some time off as was feeling frustrated with the whole thing.
But been back on track this week and also been really good at no peeking at the scales mid-week! So I went off to my WI nervous but hopefuly, and it was cancelled! And I've looked online and no other meetings anywhere near me today
Off to weigh myself at home now, but just not the same for me!!
