So hot right now (in a non sexy way)

Hi all, is anyone else overheating? I'm day 5 and expected to be freezing but it feels like you could fry an egg on me (obviously exaggerating). I am normally cold and I'm not ill or owt. Just wondered if everyone feels cold during a vlcd?

I haven't had a headache either but I'm definitely in ketosis....

I feel cold until I am in Ketosis, then I am much warmer than normal, putting me on a par with most other people (I'm naturally freezing, and even colder getting into ketosis).

I'm usually a pain in the bum temperature wise. Drive my OH bonkers!!! i'm freezing in bed falling asleep them hot as hell early hours of the morning (throw all the covers on him so he boils lol) during the day im pretty warm but on diet im cold till about 3 pm then im at boiling point oh well!!!
