So hot!!

Day 5 and think im in ketosis as not felt hungry at all today but I am so hot, im burning up. Is this a side effect of ketosis? i know you can get cold but this is rediculous im mafted! :sigh:

Im Sorry But I Dont Know Hun,my Feet Were Freezing When I Went Into Ketosis So Alas Im No Use To You,im Sure Someone Will Enlighten You Very Shortly

I am end of day two and I have been hot n botherd all day - however it has been very close where I live and about an hour ago a terrific thunder storm cooled things down a bit.

Not one I''sve met before.
As other have said 'cold' is more ususal, but little surprise's me with this wonderful bonkers diet.
Maybe you've been rather more active than you realised, plus today was really warm between the rainstorms...I was down to just my t-shirt & still sweating in the garden this afternoon.

ive never felt hot on cd usually freezing cold. You cold try a cold shower to cool you down?
