go to bed and sleep, you will be fine in the morning and tomorrow you should be into ketosis, therefore no hunger anymore, c'mon you can do this , you can do this, we can do this:)

I agree - GO TO BED! Listen to these guys they know what they are talking about. I have made it to day 5 and felt just like you at day 3 but guess what, I am not hungry anymore. Ketosis has kicked in and I feel great!!! You will too, your'e so close x

The first few days are the worst.....you did the right thing!! Best of luck with your journey....you will be skinny by Christmas!!!
