500 Calories so hungry today

Not sure if its because i have had two pretty high days but really hungry . I have had lots off water ,Had my oats this morning .black coffee but that made me feel sick. I even tried to nap with little one but couldn't . Cant stop thinking about food, first down day I have had like this . Gonna clean bathroom now then iron if still hungry will have my soup early today x

These days come and go but is it worth it? Nevermind today...plan tomorrow and really look forward to it. I hate going to bed on UD nights and love going to bed early on DD nights, knowing what's coming tomorrow, hehe.

So true i have woken early this morning ,Cant sleep ,having a browse and some water then try close my eyes bit longer x
