So hungry!??

Have a cup of tea or some sparkling water, that's what I do when I'm feeling peckish :)

i found my second week harder than my first becuase it suddenly loomed on me that this was going to be a long term thing! A week felt like a doddle in comparison!
Now....19 weeks on, i still have my moments hun!

Just put your brain back in its place and go stroke a pack! lol xxx
 
Sparkling water always fills me up, I drink it most of the time now, in a pint glass I can pretend it's cider..lol

hey no havent thought bout that, but i always drink them slowly, last week i was fine but its this week well today that was hard i think maybe it cos i had first one at half 12 normally have it after 2!
But i did it neway i done 100% woopwoop!

Well done on getting thru' a challenging day - hope its all a bit easier for you tommorow (2nd Sept). I will follow suit and post here when I next feel hungry x
