What an amazing loss you have had. Just go and have a bath, or read a book or do anything to get your mind off food. It really isn't worth cheating, and your losses should be motivation to stay on track. I am suprised you are not in ketosis yet, as I always find once in ketosis, I never feel hungry.
Good luck, trying to not think about it. But definitely don't give in to it.
When I did CD first time round I didn't feel hungry till day 6 or 7, the best thing is to have a big glass of water, if you're still hungry after that have another shake, its better then beginning hungry enough to quit.
