    I had weight loss surgery 2 years ago. I lost 5.5 stone and it's creeping back on. :(

    I can't eat large portions. But I can still eat crap!!

    So I'm back.. And I'm gonna be 9st 13 I will do this!

    I need weight watchers to keep me in the straight and narrow

    You are not a fraud! Losing weight is hard and it doesn't matter what you have done in the past we are all facing the same struggles.
    How much do you need to lose if you don't mind me asking? Do you go to a group or are you using these boards etc? x

    Hi everyone!! Thanks for the kind words. I have 21lbs to lose I just want to be 10st I'll be happy with that :).

    1st week has been good. I lost 3lbs even after a cheeky pizza Friday night!!

    I go to a class and weigh every Saturday. I'm loving this new weight watchers process. It's very good!

    I just want to loose 1lb a week and do it really slowely and healthy. X. Hope all is ok with everyone x. And onto another good week xx
