I am so very proud of myself today. A woman in my office bought fresh cream doughnuts for the whole office as they are on offer (typical!) and not one has passed my lips. I have been 100% all day and I wasn't even tempted, how great is that to have control over food finally

Fab Wabbitt well done!!!!

I did the same today too - our Y5 kids went to Domino's to make pizzas and the company sends loads of huge ones for the staff as a freebie for lunch - I resisted and shocked many people!!!
So pleased you were in control - it feels sooooo good!
