Well it was my 1st weigh in on Mon & I lost 1.5lbs! Was hoping for a little more but in actual fact I started the plan 3 days before I joined and lost 3lbs so I'm not too grumpy!!
i started last week and lost 4lb in first wi ! really pleased as i dont lose easily and ate soooooooo much i thought i would burst ..just hope i am still doing it right ...although OH just opened a bottle of wine .......ohhh well sin time ....
