sob sob I'm craving...

    It's that time of the month when I am feeling sorry for myself and craving comfort food and hot puddings. Not good when Good Food sends you an email on traditional hot puddings :cry::cry::cry:
    What can I have, what can I have???????:wave_cry:

    How about making an egg custard or rice pudding. The only problem is they take a while to cook.
    Have you got any syns to use?

    Well getting weighed tomorrow so don't want any syns tonight or as few as possible and I'm on a red day too. I have eggs and milk in but not sure how I make egg custard. Heck I don't even like it but I'll have anything hot and creamy like that.

    For a small egg custard use 2 eggs, beat together with 300ml skimed milk and 3 big spoons of splenda (I like it sweet). You can put vanilla essence in if you like.

    Put the dish in a bigger dish and pour hot water in the outer dish to make a bain marie. Cook in the oven till set.


    OR, as it's WI tomorrow, have a yogurt and go to bed early. Good luck xx
