Going to do a recipe tomorrow that uses soba or medioum egg noodles.
When I looked at the soba noodles yesterday, they were either 40% or 100% soba, what is soba, and what do they taste like?
Or am I better off sticking to the egg noodles?
Looks like they are made of buckwheat. I imagine they will taste similar to egg noodles but it's good to experiment with new foods so why not give them a go!
