Sole Source Plus foods/qunatities allowed?

Hi,

I hope everyone is okay

I have started the SS+ plan today and am struggling already. My consultant hasn't dropped the foods allowed packs off so wondered if you could help. What am I allowed to have?!

Had Apple and Cinnamon porridge this morning and hell fire ... really struggled to eat it
