I was on CD & doing pretty well & still had a couple of stone to lose before i would feel good. Anyway i had to come off of CD immediately for personal reasons about 5wks ago so didn't go up the plans. In all honesty i've been feeling low & have been eating absoulte rubbish
I just weighed myself & OMG i've out on nearly 1.5 stones
Can barely fit into my trousers & its getting me down. Anyway i can't go back onto SS yet as i'm taking some herbal stuff which is alcohol based so i imagine i wouldn't get back into ketosis.
What is the lowest plan i can start back on where i'm not in ketosis? I have a few weeks worth of shakes & bars so i can restart tomorrow. I'm just unsure what kinda plan to go onto & what kind of evening meals to have & how much to eat in the evenings. I'm veggie so eat lots of quorn things.
What sort of weight loss could i expect on a higher plan? Baring in mind i normally only lost about 2-3lbs a week on SS
I need to sort myself out right now before i get myself to a place i don't want to be at again.
