I'm trying to persuade my husband to join me on this wonderful diet but he's a bit sceptical.

I'd be very grateful for any links to success stories of men (preferably with pictures) that I can show him, or any personal testimonies of any current readers who are men & who are doing this diet successfully & finding that it fits in with their lifestyle.

Someone else that springs to mind is Gary, Fattothin, he is doing Lipotrim but still a VLCD and has done brilliantly.
