Hello,

Could anyone tell me the syn values for:-

malteser treat bags - think that is what they are called... the ones that are 19.5g

UNcle Bens stir fry oriental sweet and spicy chilli 150g

Schwartz creamy mild peppercorn sauce 25g

Also, I made the 3.5 syn yoghurt scones, but they were soooooooooooo sticky, I had to add a handful of flour, how many syns would that add to each scone (made 10 in all)
