some questions about becoming a cdc

hi, just switching over to cd from ll and was just wondering if anyone could tell me whats involved in becoming a cdc?
thinking costs and training, its just a thought as i already work for myself and thought it might make a nice little sideline?

you need to have bmi of 28 and under and your cdc sponsors you and if you chat to him/her she will give you more inof, but basics are you go on 2 training days and before you paid £75 for a buisiness kit(not sure if gone up again check with your cdc ), if you decide to go ahead with cdc, also the start up costs are your stock which you can build up gradually (there are starter kits) and some cdcs will offer to split boxes of flavours with you so to keep the costs down. Obviously you will be self employed so have to inform the inland revenue of beginning by 3 months i believe
