reason you are doing cd: because i'm getting to old to yoyo diet and i wasn't treating my body well and i was having pains and feeling so tired

what diets have you tried in the past: Weight watchers x 3, Rosemary Conelly x 2, Slimming World X 5 (first time got to 12st), Healthy eating, Atkins, Carbohydrate addicts diet, Jenny Craig in Australia (got to 14 st), slimfast x 2, Drugs-Xenical, reductil and acccomplia (last one worked but suspended from market) :eek: Consideing bariatric surgery CD my last option!
reason you are doing cd: As said last option quick results, it works! good flavour choices.

whats the thing you look forward to most about being slim?: Walking in to any clothes shop and picking something up in a small size and knowing it will fit. And wearing any style clothes I want to!

reason you are doing cd: So I can gain my confidence back and have a life! I'm only 20 and I always stay in and don't have many friends where I now live. I want to have a summer where I don't constantly worry about covering up and actually enjoy myself

reason you are doing cd: I did it to reduce weight until i felt I could do gym, doing the rest by eating and gym so i have a toned body and its working :)
