i need some tips on how to succeed on a green day please, i love the red days as i love meat but sometimes want a change but i start off ok and then it seems to go all wrong as i can never find anything to snack on when i am out and about if i forget to take anything with me

I do green days and i mainly snack on fruit or veg like carrots and celery :)

I've been known to polish off whole bags of radishes too :)

I only do green and snack on hard boiled eggs,mugshots,jacket spuds,lots of fruit. I would never go shopping without some emergency snacks in my pocket like eggs or yogurt.

On green days - I love having a bowl of cold salad potatoes in the fridge to snack on.

It feels really naughty eating one with a Laughing Cow XL triangle on one!
