Someone save me from syning tonight before rejoinging tomoz

    So iv had a particularly stressfull day and iv got nothinf defrosted to cook dinner

    Someone motivate me to avoid ordering takeaway

    Iv been doing sw from home but decided to 're join the groups tomorrow for more support

    Sometimes only a Takeaway will do so u could have a low syn one beef in blackbean/oyster sauce with boiled rice is only about 5 syns
    But
    U will make it that little bit Harder,for yourself to loose it again so ask yourself am I stressed enough that I do have it low syn and work that bit harder or have something quick at home eggs scrambled eggs or pasta?

    Resisting altogether and going to have a massive plate of bolognese, mainly because it's quicker then waiting for a delivery and 2 I'm craving spag bol and 3 I can spend the Money on better things :)

    I also resisted eating. My weight in crisps after a crappy day and just had one packet at 3.5 syns

    Was good rejoined this morning stayed for the while meeting and gave me a good boost, put it this way if I didn't join group this morning I probs would have got takeaway tonight, had a awful stressfull day but focusing on what my loss will be next week

    Am.thinking would be nice if u could bottle will power then u cud just pop to shops when yours was running low

    My will power isn't 100% but I just tell myself how am I gunna be happy by eating the wrong things, I'm miserable for a reason and eating crap won't make it better lol I know eating crap food in moderation is ok so once in a blue moon u can have that treat ans get back on it after, maybe I'll tell myself I can have a naughty treat when I get to my 10% goal maybe that will help keep cravings at bay haha

    My will power is actually quite good it tends to be my mood that messes me up those days wen I'm just that way out. Tho am finding things to substitute so getting there
