WOOOHOOOOOOOOOO 3lbs off this week yayayayayaya 3 stone 3 lbs in 9 weeks, heck thats a lot isnt it! Well im getting rather comfortable with this new figure of mine now :) im a nice size 14, some 14s are getting big and some are tight just depends where i buy them from! Cant wait till im a 12, anyway another 7 days to go on Slim and Save then it will more than likely be, me moving over to Atkins or ww :) thank you everyone for your support especially Steph, Dee, no1mum and BG. I am going to miss this forum ;(

I think im going to do join WW but mainly have protein as i need to build my gym sessions back up, really need to tone up! My legs, arms, bum and tum could do with toning up! So im going to john WW the weds eve after easter weekend, i feel like i need a group to go to and use the WW bit on here! Ive ordered some SnS meal packs to help keep my calorie intake take down :) i wont be 100% but will still be keeping my hand in abit. Have a lovely day im off to Uni now, will catch up later x
 
Week 9 Day 2
Well i never thought in a million years I could do a vlcd for almost 10 weeks, its flown by :) joining WW, two weeks yesterday and hitting the gym big time, i need to start socialising and eating again! Ive loved this diet and would recommend it to anyone. Woop woop im so proud of myself i really am :)
 
Aww good choice I think with ur super busy lifestyle haha ww would prob suit u more than Atkins! You should be very proud 10 weeks is a long time! And ww forum is lovely! Have a nice day xxx

Hi hun. Youve done brilliantly with an amazing loss in 9wks (im jealous hehe) Ive decided to go back to ww when im finished as i have some. classes left on my prepaid card & i think counting pp will help with portion control. I think theres a sticky on the ww site that gives you a list of the healthy & filling foods. Ive got my ww books out again & im going to write out menu plans and shopping lists so that when i decide to start im ready to go. There are some handy free apps for the ww calc you could download to help you xx
 
Thanks everyone, ive decided to start healthy eating earlier, i went round to a friends late this afternoon and was offered a chicken kebab done healthy on the bbq with pieces of mushrooms and pineapple inbetween and i was about to say no thanks but instead i said yeah why not! so that has made me realise that now is the right time for me to try ww im going to give it a good month and if i struggle i will be back but im 11.5lbs now which is my lightest in over 5 years! im happy to lose the last stone and abit slowly by healthy eating, i need a life again, so today i was abit naughty. I need to look into the maintaining programme as i know water weight will go back on but my calories today are still only 900 so thats low calorie i suppose! im going to check out the re-feed sections coz i think if i start building up my calories then perhaps thats the best way to do it to get me upto 1200cals still low diet but i'll be hitting the gym daily :) going to pick Dee's brains as she has recently done it!

Well after having almost two days off on a healthy eating plan, i have dcecided im not in as much control as i first thought. So im back on packs today! I was eating allsorts on the go yesterday and just thought im not ready to do this yet! So back on it today :) and glad to be, i needed the day and half off feel loads better but one thing i will say, it really wasnt worth it, yeah the food was ok but the structure of Slim and Save with my busy life style fits me perfectly, So im staying till goal :) i weighed this morning and ive only gained 2lb of water weight which will be gone by Monday I reckon.
I still had my breakfast and lunch pack the days i was off but i had chicken stir fry at night or bbq and some wine and nibbles so perhaps i wasnt as bad as i thought but even so. Im staying here till Mid-end of April :) bring it on 1 stone 7 lbs till goal

Feeling fab and positive :)

Yeah very true, its not as easy has you may think to come off a vlcd! I thought i was ready due to getting bored with it but yesterday made me realise im not in control yet! Im not sure if thats because ive lost a lot in a short space of time or what but made me decide to crack on till goal, i enjoy the diet and love the WI's so sod it. I'll be having next Friday off as planned but perhaps not the sat and sunday just depends! Im aiming to get to a size 12 for 6th May :) a good stone and im there i reckon woop woop :) Thanks no1mum and steph nice to be back
 
Just catching up with some diaries and I completely missed you leaving and returning it was so quick lol :). I know exactly what you mean about coming off a VLCD. I've been on one apart from a couple of planned breaks since August last year. I have started to step up now as I'm starting to approach goal and I've set my weekly calorie allowance to 800 and 900 - 1000 at weekends. My plan for maintenance is to have more calories at the weekend for treats etc and far less during the week when I find everything so much easier so if I save some calories during the week that should leave me with more calories to enjoy myself with at the weekend, and include alcohol ;). So I've started to do that now, with a few more calories at weekends (but not loads at the moment as I still have weight to lose). I intend to use the packs (shakes and bars) during the week in maintenance too as they are quick and convenient and mean that I won't be eating crap too much. I'll have to anyway given that I've got about a year's supply of packs! :)
 
BG how far off goal are you? Im about 19lbs ish? give or take a couple! Im thinking the next 7 days Im going to be strict then after that do the same as you build up my calories slowly to reach 1000 over a few week period that is! I'll post on your diary now just incase you dont see this :)
 
Week 9 day 5
OMG!!! well i fell off the wagon lastnight and went head first into two glasses of wine! Ive given myself a massive talking to this morning, i want this and i know i can do it so thats it now no more messing around im just wasting my money if im not doing it properly so thats it! I need to write some new goals and aim for them, ive never struggled like this before perhaps because ive been on the plan a long time i just needed a little time out! Well that said im back on it properly,
Today will go like this
Oatmeal cookie
Vanilla crispy mush
Chicken stir fry
BL bar

And loads and i mean loads of water, we are wallpapering today then going gto the gym later so hopefully i will be kept busy and not thinking about food and drink. ha
 
Its hard though, ive really got to be strict with myself! Think im just that way out for some reason, its not TOTM so i cant blame it on that.ha! Ive had to put the easter eggs in the boot of my car otherwise id probably eat them! I know once i get past two days on 100% i'll be mentally back on it if you get my drift.lol!
 
Week 9 day 6
Absolutely dreading WI this week but at least I have a couple of extra days to hopefully pull back some of the damage ive done over the weekend! Im weighing on Fridays now as its easier with work! I will probably swap that soon to a saturday but FRidays are good for now! I weighed the other day and put a fair few pounds on, ive only been back on it 100% for 1 day so im hoping to do that for the next 4 days and hopefully this bloated feeling will be gone by the wedding im going to Friday!! Got two lovely dresses, for the day time im wearing a sliming black and white holly willoughby dress with silver accessories and for the evening a coral satin bodycon dress with a slight buff ball at the bottom with gold glitzy shoes and bag. Cant wait there will be people there that i havent seen since Xmas woop woop :)
So anyway back to today, im only busy till about 1pm so hopefully today should go something like this:
Vanilla shake with coffee hot! to wake me up
BL bar as im on the go
Gym session for at least 350-400cals
Cottage pie with mushrooms
Macaroni cheese with brocoli and cauliflower

But we'll see! im in the mood for sweet stuff today so the above sounds fab but we'll see! Well off to earn a few bob, catch up with you lovelys later :)
