Well after having almost two days off on a healthy eating plan, i have dcecided im not in as much control as i first thought. So im back on packs today! I was eating allsorts on the go yesterday and just thought im not ready to do this yet! So back on it today

and glad to be, i needed the day and half off feel loads better but one thing i will say, it really wasnt worth it, yeah the food was ok but the structure of Slim and Save with my busy life style fits me perfectly, So im staying till goal

i weighed this morning and ive only gained 2lb of water weight which will be gone by Monday I reckon.
I still had my breakfast and lunch pack the days i was off but i had chicken stir fry at night or bbq and some wine and nibbles so perhaps i wasnt as bad as i thought but even so. Im staying here till Mid-end of April

bring it on 1 stone 7 lbs till goal
