    Im half way through my second week and ive been really good, but for some reason today has been sooo hard!! im just so hungry and im finding it hard to have the shakes now because they are so disgusting. Im not gnna give up tho! does anyne have any tricks to beat the hunger or am i stuck ith it?:cry:

    Go buy some ice , crush it in the blender and have it with a choc shake and coffee and sweetners

    Go get some fizzy water and with ice and bite the ice

    Have a chic shake with hot water and sweeteners in a big mug and tell yourself it's hot choc

    Ummmmm , go for a walk I find I don't feel as hungry after

    Get some magazines and look at all the pretty clothes!

    Plenty of fizzy water...... Peppermint tea wors for me!!!

    I went through a similar thing at a similar time.... i was due on my period!!! Could it be that??
