Hey guys and gals,

I just had to post a new thread coz I am soooooooooooooooooo happy....

I had my week 16 weigh in today and I lost 6 lbs !!!

I'm seriously loving this diet!!!!!!!!!!

Oh my god... I have just realised.... I'm only 8lbs away from being half way to my target weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! woooo hoooooo!!! Onwards and downwards!!!!
