soooooo bad

    I dont know why but i cant stop eating today i started off really well now i just keep eating rubbish must of done a weeks worth of syns in one day

    Slowly cutting out refined sugar and cooking more from scratch
    Well we've all done it hun. Draw a line under it right now and continue the rest of the day on plan, just don't allow it to turn into a bad two days, a bad week, a bad month :)

    Best thing to do, ie not skip a meal because of it or you will be hungry later and be tempted to pick again. Just mark it down as a blip and move on :)

    Hiya I know how you feel, I have done nothing but eat all weekend :( Stupid as I went to and Morrisons yesterday and bought a ton of fruit and veg, but haven't touched it instead just eaten and picked at the wrong things :(

    So getting back on track tomorrow-all can do really! Hope you get back into the right frame of mind and if you do send it my way too please!!
