Hi pinkmantha, I too have been freezin the past few days. Iv had my fire and Heating on cos I can't keep warm. My husband says it's cos I'm eating very little. I'm sat freezin as I type this.

lm cold also , try drinking you water warm some do , but not for me l also sitting on top of fire trying to keep warm, at least the lbs are droping off

My cdc said is get cold but to be honest not noticed it too much, thankfully! X

Got to admit I am freezing lately! I find drinking lots of green tea helps sometimes. I'm sat with my dressing gown on over my clothes and the heating blasting and a tea but I'm still cold lol

I am the same! Been freezing since day 1...its only day 6 now! Think it prob doesn't help that I can't stand tea without milk so have only had cold water to drink! x

for the first time ever I am cold this week too. But don't sit there with your coat on. Stick an exercise DVD on and do that - I find 5 mins of doing the shred DVD and not only am I knackered but glowing nice and warm. Failing that do 50 star jumps or 50 steps up and down on the bottom stair - that'll warm you up. Or have a really hot bath and then wrap up warm.

Hope you feel warmer soon - says she sitting typing with blocks of ice instead of fingers ;-)

iv been freeeezing since starting the diet 2 weeks ago. i never complain about the cold normally!
