My xmas weight loss rule was I'm sticking to plan except on xmas meals out (of which I had 5 booked) and xmas day lunch. Well I had three 3 course xmas meals this week, all with a glass of wine and a baileys! Plus I'm vegetarian, so the options were nut roast or brie wellington. Is it possible to be higher in syns?!

Got on scales convinced I'd have gained, praying to STS and I'd lost a pound! Have done a happy skippy dance since!:talk017:

Well done you :) I think sometimes and although we all don't do this, I think having a wee off-plan day won't hurt too much...trust me I have had a few over the last 10 weeks and so far I think my progress has been great, but I think it is the choices you make while out. I used to have half a bottle of baileys, 2 slices of cake and copious amounts of cheese...now a main course is more than enough and if I fancy a bit of cheese, I make sure I share it...definitely true what they say, everything in moderation. Keep up the good work xx
