sore throat

I am currently on the cambridge diet and have a really sore tthroat was jus wondering if there is anything i can take?

Hello there,
I know you can have paracetamol but dont think you can have anything else, try sucking an ice cube it helped me and drink plenty of water. Hope you feel better soon. xx
