Sore throat

I have a major sore throat coming on. Its getting really hard to swallow. Any suggestions on what would help that won't mess up the CD too much?

Are Beechams going to be ok - I am guessing STrepsils are too sugary:sigh:

get some ibruprofen down ya, especially if your throat feels swollen
