No sorry that's why i'm asking loads of questions, i'm not being lazy honest. I don't see my start properly till mon so i am doing ss+ but using my LT shakes till i meet my CDC and get my CD products. Have to say it's going much better than i thought and i have already lost 3lb this week. I have the knorr jelly pot ones and ordinary oxo cubes, i will only use a little so hopefull it won't matter which one.

I know this is no help for you :( but for future reference and anyone else reading, the stock is from your consultant from week 3. It musn't be oxo or the like, but obviously a little different in your case since you haven't officially started.

Well done on the 3lbs. that fab

Thanks KD i decided not to add stock after your advice. The thing i am struggling with the most is how the hell do you get 200g of quorn mince down? It's far too much for me, anyone else have the same problem? Trust me normally getting food down IS NOT a prob, lol
Guess my stomach has shrunk from 4 weeks of LT.
