sorry for asking but TOTM questions

Hi I just wanted to know when do you have a gain around TOTM is it 10 days before or a few days before?
I have a coil so only get moody and achey so never know when it actually is?

about 5 days before and then throughout the actual totm, the day its finished the extra weight dissapears like magic!! I dont even go to weigh in at totm too depressing I can gain up to 5pounds!!! :O(

Oh, i use water tablets - 10 days before you're due on, work like magic! HRI are the best ones, would recommend to anyone x

I find that the week before TOTM is the worst for bloating, weight gain rather than loss no matter how "good" I am, and also for the moodswings.

We call it Crazy Lady week, when PsychoJenny appears...... :-S

You can get them from all of the supermarkets, Boots, Holland and Barrets ect - they do a grand job! Google them, it will give you a bit more info
