Sorry if been asked but can't find - Syn Values for Aldi Cowbelle Light and EEL Mayo

Hi there,

I am very new to this and I was wondering what the syn values might be for the Cowbelle (Aldi) Cheese Triangles - Light version and the Extra Extra Light Mayo (Bramwells) I can't find them anywhere.

Also are the cheese triangles on A option and how many? (They taste more like laughing cow than dairylea)

The light triangles are 1.5 each, can't find them as a hex, only the light cheese slices.
Is it the lighter than light mayo? Half a syn per level tbsp.

Thank you so much. It's odd that they wouldn't include the in Hex A - they are practically the same as the laughing cow ones. I reckon it wouldn't alter your weight loss if you swapped them (my choice I suppose!) haha x

I know, especially odd that the cheese slices are on the list but not the triangles. Must be a reason but if it doesn't affect your losses I wouldn't worry too much about substituting them.
