    Hi all. Ive been on this forum for quite a long time and I keep trying to lose weight ive tried slimming world a few times but now im going to try and just cut out rubbish eat 3 times a day and drink plenty of water. Im also planning on doing the 30 day shred.

    Hi I'm new to this site but not new to vlcd I've started day one today and want a stone off in two weeks, then I'll do weight watchers. Good luck with what you do x
