soul source on slimfast

Hi all,

What would happen if you soul sourced on slimfast? I know normally you have 2 slimfasts and a meal but can you use it as 3 slim fasts a day and nothing else?

Slightly more calories than cambridge but just wondered if it was possible x x

I am sure a CDC will be able to answer this but I don't think it has the makeup of Cambridge - I would not risk it.

I don't think it'll have the same effect as slimfast is higher in carbs & wouln't put you into ketosis??

I'm sure a CDC will be along soon if i'm wrong!...xxx

I agree with the others - it probably wouldnt be safe - but a CDC will no doubt be along to let you know!

No it's not a good idea, Slimfast isn't designed to be used for Sole Source, you're meant to have a meal in the evening with it.

It doesn't give you your daily requirements of vitamins etc and not being low carb you won't get into ketosis with it and you'll just end up feeling constantly hungry and not too well either.

If you want to Sole Source, use CD, LL or Lipotrim, these diets were designed for Sole Sourcing, plus you get support and advice along the way.
