I have decided to try this diet after seeing my wedding pictures, where I look double the size of hubbie ; I had no idea I had become so big.
Weighed myself and am 5 stone overweight.
So now I have ordered the EXTREME DIET Trial from SoulMateFood.
It's expensive compared to other diet delivery systems like Jenny Craig or Diet Chef, but you don't have to add in veg which to me saves on faffing about.
Has anyone tried this diet ?
They say lose up to 2 stones in 8 weeks.
