Soup advice.

How do you make the soup so that it doesn't have a powdery cosistancy? I use a blender for the spicy tomato and it made a lot of disgusting froth on top. And the soup was so disgusting, really horrid.

Do you have any recomendations on how to make it up so that it isn't powdery or frothy?

I use 8oz of boiling hot water in a jug.. And use a hand blender... I don't find it watery or powdery... Maybe your water isn't hot enough...

I made same mistake with tomato, u mix the pk with a little cold water until it becomes a thick paste then u fil with water and use the blender, its beautiful then x
