Soup question??

    Can anyone tell me whether there is a way to make the soups thicker???? I find mine quite watery and wondered whether I am doing something wrong?

    Try psyillium husks. Russian Doll is the expert on using these - but I add about a tablespoon to my soups and they are definately thicker.

    Yep, P husks are the best, or else just use a little less water.
