Hi team
I was in a rush for lunch today and grabbed a "glorious skinny soup" from Asda - roast tomato, basil and balsamic vinegar (yum). I'm debating with myself how or whether to count it, as the ingredients are 25% tomatoes, and at least 20% other veg and veg stock etc. However, it also lists (no quantities given) sugar, cornflower and single cream as ingredients. There can't be much of these as it wasn't that thick, and the whole (large) pot was only 210 kcals.
So, should I count a few syns (4-5?) for the naughty ingredients, or syn the whole thing (10.5!) as it was definitely at least 1/3 super free (proses more like 1/2). The only thing that is bugging me is that there were 40g of carbs (30 of which sugars!) which seems a lot. Am doing EE if that helps! Don't want 10.5 syns as I need around 4.5 for my planned dinner and soup won't keep me full til then! Should have got up earlier and made a packed lunch
Thanks
