Soup?

Im just me!
When you all make your soup do you add a veg stock to this to give it some flavour?

yes - and now it's a free food it's even better! :D

I like butternut squash, so I put that in with carrots and sweet potato, marigold stock and blitz it smooth when cooked. It's yum!

Check out the BBC Good Food website for loads of recipes. Most soups can be made SW friendly.

I think it's important to get away from thinking you can only do SW recipes.

I live off of soup.... even pre SW. There is always a pan on the stove, I then freeze the leftovers for a quick packed lunch. Today I have made carrot, chilli & coriander.... so easy.

Onions, veg stock cubes, carrots... cook then blend. Flavour at end with chilli & fresh coriander (can use dried).... this is free on both days.

Next pot will be french onion or lentil....

I make sure that all are free
