I love soups and so does my partner so make loads and freeze some, easy access food whenever hungry ;)

Mushroom Soup

1 onion chopped
1 garlic cloves chopped (i use 2)
2 tablespoons of butter
450g of mushrooms, chestnut or brown
1 tablespoon of flour (optional, i didnt use it due to carbs)
900ml vegetable stock
150ml double cream

Cook the onion and garlic in the butter for 5 mins. Add the mushrooms and cook for 10 mins. Stir in the (flour). Stir in the stock. Bring to the boil then simmer for 15 mins. Puree in blender.

So easy to make and very tasty. I added a little salt and pepper too

Brocolli and Stilton soup is one of my favouritest foods evarrrrrrrr!

Tescos do a really cheap one, or even a hand blender will do :)

Does the onion not make it a bit carby?
I only put a small onion in it and it was to share with my partner so still fell within my daily allowance. You don't have to include it if you don't want to, just try extra herbs & spices
