Looked in basic foods and found

1 tbsp Soured cream - 1.5 syns on red or green

It isn't WW but it's all I could find

Hope this isn't too late for you...

Tracy seems to be about right - apparently WW soured cream is half the fat compared to normal soured cream, but is still 2 syns per 30 g, and 6 syns per 100g on both red and green.

Seems to be a new product as Sainsbury's has it on an 'introductory' price at the moment (44p for a 200g tub).

    Hope that helps...

You should try using quark instead of sour cream, I think it tastes the same and it is syn free.
