On SS you can't eat anything at all except your packs. I would wager a guess that you can't have edamame on SS+ either because its quite high in fibre (though high in protein as well, for a vegetable/legume).... Not sure about the other steps up the plan though, but to be on the safe side, I'd steer clear. Good luck!

I am on SS+, the 615 programme with 3 packs and 1 200cal meal from the list they gave me. I just thought as it was a super food!! ha ha, maybe not huh?
