soya flour???

I bought some soya flour to make the southern fried kitchen on the recipe page and I was thinking is it make normal flour, can I make a cake from it I know I can use appends, eggs butter baking powder but will soya flour work????? And also do you think I could use it to Make my own gravy I usually use the fat from the meat, stock cube and flour to make my gravy

Try using it in a small way first: to me it doesn't taste nice at all, bitter and horrid. It does have some carbs in, too, doesn't it? I never used it again after the first time but I'd be interested to hear what you think of it.
 
We tend to use almond flour (ground almonds) for cakes plus have some carbalose/carbquik for savoury baking. That's still pretty carby though. Haven't really bothered with soya
