I discovered that you can have soya milk because basically that's what the shakes are made from. Trust me makes the black tea and coffee we are allowed to drink a little more palatable . :) x

I'm with chan81...is that just that you put 2 and 2 together? Or have you heard from somewhere else. I thought the idea is to take all things like that out of your diet so that your tastebuds are desensitised to taste and therefore it helps you to stop craving foods. I sabotaged myself when I did it the first time 3 years ago and I know that when I stuck to it to the'T' for the first 7-8 weeks I did really well. Adding little things in here and there actually started to make me think what else I could get away with. If you can manage then I am really envious as I couldn't stick to it adding in extras.

Read the bag spoke to my doc he is a food specialist. Honestly it's fine I had it all time I was on it last time . Weight fell off. Still stayed in ketosis. I mean a little in drinks is fine . It's not dairy and it's non fat so nothing different to what shakes are made of. When you taste it you will recognise the malty taste. Kept me sane . All my friends use it on thus plan. It's not great in coffee but lovely in tea. And I don't know about you but I don't function without my morning cuppa. Even my chemist could not argue cos the diet is soya based thats why so effective. Low carb, low fat, non dairy . When you think about it on just that it's impossible not to lose weight x

Be careful which soya milk u get, some curdle in hot drinks, i got 1 for my husband but cannot for the life of me remember the brand name, but it was meant for tea and coffee, so research properly x if this is true its going to make life much easier, i love my coffee!!

It is . Although it's not that great in coffee although that's just my view. My partner says it's ok. And do you know over Christmas and stuff I went back onto cows milk because I was eating healthily to try and maintain my weight whilst enjoying the break from liquids, and I'm sure the milk made my tummy irritable because the minute I switched back I felt better .
